Welcome to Plan Bee! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Plan Bee. Plan Bee d.o.o. operates this store and website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (“Services”).

The following terms and conditions, along with all policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully as they contain important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

Article 1 – Access and Account

By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on any devices you own, purchase, or control.
To use the Services, including to access or browse our online stores or purchase any products or services we offer, we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and delivery information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our stores is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all the necessary rights to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Article 2 – Our Products

We have made every effort to accurately represent our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that the colors or appearance of the products may differ from how they are displayed on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store, as well as your device's settings and configuration.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service you purchase will meet your expectations or be the same as shown or provided in our online stores. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right at any time to discontinue any product. We may limit or otherwise restrict quantities of any products we offer to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.

Article 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Plan Bee reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Plan Bee confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Plan Bee may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

Article 3a – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you receive the product, except for products that are excluded by law from the right of return.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same condition you received it – unworn or unused, with original tags, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling, except for what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In the event of cancellation, the consumer is required to return the product(s) to the merchant at their own expense, in accordance with Article 48, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act. To initiate the return process, you must contact us by email at info@planbee.hr. Returns should be sent exclusively to the following address: Plan Bee d.o.o., Krnica 90B, 52208 Krnica, Croatia.

We cannot accept returns sent without a prior approved request. Upon receipt of your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions – Products That Cannot Be Returned

The right of return does not apply to:

perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants),
custom-made or personalized products,
personal care products (e.g., cosmetics),
dangerous materials, flammable liquids and gases,
products purchased on sale, and gift cards.

If you are not sure whether a particular product can be returned, please contact us before purchasing.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order after it has been approved.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will notify you of our decision. If the return is approved, the funds will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days from the date of return approval. The refund may take some time to process by your bank or card issuer. If the refund is not visible on your account within 15 days of approval, please contact us.

Article 4 – Prices and Invoice

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time of ordering and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.
Prices posted in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) that you will be charged for them by your credit card issuer, and (iv) that you will pay the charges you incur at the published prices, including shipping and handling costs and any applicable taxes, if any.

Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Article 5.a – Shipping and Order Processing

Shipping Area

We ship to all countries in the European Union.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. In the event of an increased order volume or extraordinary circumstances, processing time may be extended, about which you will be notified in a timely manner.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is:

Croatia: 1–3 business days
Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

The stated times are for informational purposes and may vary depending on the delivery service, season, and local conditions.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost depends on the destination country, the weight, and the volume of the shipment. The exact shipping amount will be displayed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page before completing the purchase.

Shipping Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, and a tracking number, if available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information. In the event that a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge for reshipment.

Damage During Shipping

If you notice that the shipment is damaged upon delivery, please contact us without delay by email at info@planbee.hr and, if possible, save the packaging and take photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property

Our Services, including, but not limited to, all trademarks, trade dress, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are the property of Plan Bee, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly set forth herein, nothing in these Terms grants or shall be construed as granting to You any license or other rights under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Plan Bee, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use of the Services may violate federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Plan Bee.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Plan Bee are trademarks of Plan Bee or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of Plan Bee. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

Article 7 – Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to third-party tools that we monitor or have no control over or input into.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any support. We will have no liability arising from or related to your use of the optional third-party tools.
Any use of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should be familiar with and agree to the terms under which the relevant third-party service providers provide the tools.
We may also offer new features through the Services in the future (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Article 8 – Third-Party Links

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites provided or operated by third parties (including any third-party embedded functionalities). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites that you choose to access. If you decide to leave the Services to access these third-party materials or websites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any damages related to your access to any third-party websites or your purchase or use of any products, services, resources, or content on any third-party websites. Please review the third party's policies and practices carefully and make sure you understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products and services should be directed to the third party.

Article 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Plan Bee is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide you with services. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are conducted directly with the Plan Bee store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and the Plan Bee store, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liability arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with the Plan Bee store.

Article 10 – Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect via the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve the Services. Information you submit to the Services will be transferred to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you live, in order to provide the services to you. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate or that infringes intellectual property.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback that we determine in our sole discretion is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, derogatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate or violate any third-party intellectual property rights or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your Feedback will not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain defamatory or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene Feedback, nor contain any computer virus or other malicious software that could in any way affect the operation of the Services or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any other person or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Feedback. You are solely responsible for any Feedback you submit and for its accuracy. We assume no responsibility for any feedback posted by You or any third party.

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, delivery times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In addition, you agree that you will not: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may in any way affect the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) use spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping email messages; or (e) interfere with or circumvent security features of the Services or any related websites, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

Article 14 – Termination of the Agreement

We may terminate this agreement or Your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice, and You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply after any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver of Rights; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and all other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Article 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties

THE INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICES IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR GENERAL INFORMATION PURPOSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF THIS INFORMATION. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON SUCH INFORMATION IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY RELIANCE PLACED ON SUCH MATERIALS BY YOU OR ANY OTHER VISITOR TO THE SERVICES, OR BY ANYONE WHO MAY BE INFORMED OF ANY OF ITS CONTENTS. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY PLAN BEE, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTIBLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Article 16 – Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAN BEE, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, agents, contractors, service providers or licensors, or those of Shopify and its affiliates, will be liable for any injury, loss, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT OBTAINED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND ARISING AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) PUBLISHED, TRANSMITTED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.

Article 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Plan Bee, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your violation of these Terms of Service or documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim for damages, provided that your failure to notify us immediately will not relieve you of your obligations, unless you have been materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at Your expense, including the selection of counsel, but we will not satisfy any claim that requires non-monetary obligations from You without Your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense of claims for damages, including providing relevant documents.

Article 18 – Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nevertheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Article 19 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules we have posted on this site or in regard to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between You and Us (including, but not limited to, all prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Article 20 – Assignment

You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any such attempt will be void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.

Article 21 – Language, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, as well as any separate agreements whereby we provide you with Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
For any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Service, the exclusive competent courts of the Republic of Croatia, at the registered office of Plan Bee d.o.o., shall have jurisdiction, and you and Plan Bee agree to their subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction.

These Terms have been drafted in the Croatian language, which shall be the sole authoritative language for their interpretation. Any translations into other languages are provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Croatian version and the translation, the Croatian version of the Terms shall prevail.

Article 22 – Headings

The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will become effective on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services after any changes to these Terms of Service are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased or the service provided through our online store, you have the right to file a written complaint.

Upon receipt of the complaint, we will confirm its receipt in writing. We will respond to your complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt and will clearly inform you in our response whether we accept the complaint or not. The complaint submission and resolution procedure is conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
