How is delivery charged?

Delivery costs are calculated at the time of payment and depend on the destination and total weight of the shipment. For orders above a certain amount, delivery may be free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Croatia takes 2–5 business days. International shipments may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

How do I start a return?

Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you further instructions.

Do you ship outside of Croatia?

We deliver to all European Union countries. The delivery cost depends on the destination country. The exact delivery fee will be shown on the checkout page, and an estimated cost can also be checked in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Store honey in a dry, dark place at room temperature. It is not necessary to keep it in the refrigerator.
