Participation in the national project Startaj Hrvatska was one of the key milestones in the development of the Plan Bee story. This project gave us the opportunity to bring our mission, products, and the “Become a Hero of Nature” initiative closer to the general public and further raise awareness of the importance of bee conservation throughout Croatia.

Through the project, our products—acacia honey, bee pollen, and a honey blend with lemon and ginger—were selected and, thanks to our collaboration with SPAR and INTERSPAR stores, became available to customers across the country. This gave Plan Bee not only a stronger market presence but also an opportunity to introduce the broader community to the deeper purpose of our work: creating new bee communities, preserving the natural balance, and actively contributing to the protection of bees.

Participating in the project also brought us valuable professional experience. We encountered new challenges, processes, and standards, and went through intensive filming and adjustments. Throughout the entire process, we independently acquired new knowledge and grew through practice, guided by the project team. Although demanding, this journey was extremely inspiring and important for our continued growth.

New acquaintances also added special value to this experience. We met numerous enterprising, creative, and inspiring people, exchanged experiences, and became part of a community that shares the same passion for creating something authentic and sustainable. It was this connection, support, and shared energy that made the entire experience even more meaningful.

We are grateful for the trust and the opportunity to be part of this project. The collaboration with the involved teams was marked by professionalism, openness, and a sincere desire to support small producers with an authentic story and a real purpose.
