The information on the composition and nutritional values is taken from the product declaration and confirmed by laboratory analyses.
Bee pollen is collected by bees from a variety of plant species during the spring and summer. As a result, the color and flavor can vary depending on the floral source and season. The pollen is dried and packaged without heat treatment to preserve its authentic aroma.
